В инициации процессов экзоцитоза решающую роль отводят внутриклеточным ионам Са, которые поступают в, НО через потенциал-зависимые Са-каналы пресинаптической мембраны и взаимодействуют со специфическими сайтами. Многочисленные исследования показали, что в процессах слияния везикул и секреции медиатора задействованы разные Са-связывающие сайты экзоцитоза, отличающиеся по локализации, афинности… Читать ещё >
