Помимо этого, изменения устойчивости ферментов могут быть обусловлены также и соответствующими конформационными изменениями белковых молекул. Конформационные перестройки белковых молекул характерны для реакции клетки на любое воздействие (Александров, 1975; 1985; Левин, 1976; Jaenicke, 1991; Russel et al., 1994; Danson, Hough, 1998), в том числе и на изменение солености среды.
