Механизмы фототрансдукции в зрительной клетке
Диссертация
С использованием метода химической модификации и ограниченного протеолиза исследованы механизмы взаимодействия родопсина с цитоплазматическими белками. Показано, что освещение родопсина приводит к «отодвиганию» С-концевого пептида 317 — 339 от поверхности фоторецепторной мембраны.
