Исследование свойств мезоскопических электронных систем методами компьютерного моделирования
Диссертация
Третья глава посвящена результатам моделирования термодинамических свойств и фазовых переходов систем электронов в квантовых точках. Для этого используется метод квантового Монте-Карло интегрирования по траекториям.
