Диссертация
Метод обработки ЛИФ спектров, разработанный для используемого в работе флуориметра, позволил отделять различные биооптические компоненты друг от друга. При этом были учтены такие специфические особенности использования прибора в судовых условиях, как сбой режима работы сканирующего монохроматора, временами возникающая нестабильная работа лазера, наличие взвеси в прокачиваемой воде и т. п… Читать ещё >
