Мембранные липиды в формировании морфогенетического ответа у базидиальных грибов
Диссертация
Среди липидов, определяющих физико-химические свойства мембран, основную роль отводят ФХ и ФЭ. Структурные особенности ФХ, в частности, размер полярной группы, способствуют формированию ими двуслойных структур и придают мембране целостность и устойчивость к внешним воздействиям (Cullis, 1979, 1986).
