При анестезиологическом пособии, ориентированном на раннюю активизацию больных после операций по поводу ишемической болезни сердца в условиях искусственного кровообращения, целесообразно использовать индивидуально подбираемые комбинации и дозировки пропофола, мидазолама изофлурана или севофлурана (диапазон концентраций 0,5−1 минимальная альвеолярная концентрация) в сочетании с фентанилом в общей… Читать ещё >
