Защитные свойства рекомбинантного человеческого белка теплового шока (70 КДА) при экспериментальном сепсисе у крыс

В исследовании показаны дозозависимые защитные эффекты rhHSP70 в дозе 266 мкг/кг при профилактическом внутривенном введении крысам с моделируемым грамотрицательным сепсисом. Обнаружено, что предварительное внутривенное введение rhHSP70 снижает токсические эффекты LTA из S. aureus при экспериментальном сепсисе у крыс.
