Проведенные исследования показали, что наиболее часто обнаруживаемыми микотоксинами являются микотоксины, продуцируемые грибами рода Fusarium, среди которых наибольшим распространением отличаются дезоксиниваленол (ДОН, вомитоксин) и зеараленон (3JI).
