Анализ динамики температуры во время ГИХ показал, что практически во время всей процедуры возникает устойчивый градиент температур во входящей и исходящей магистралях, который тем меньше, чем больше скорость перфузии. Иными словами, для поддержания необходимой интраперитонеальной температуры в 42−43 градуса необходима высокая скорость перфузии — 1,5—2 л/мин, при снижении скорости перфузии ниже 1… Читать ещё >
