Итак, в результате проделанной работы показано, что RAPDи ISSR-методы могут служить быстрым и достаточно надежным способом выявления на молекулярном уровне генетических различий между исходной линией кукурузы и регенерантами, полученными из каллусных культур, а также позволяют проследить динамику возникновения данных различий.
