Диссертация
Большую проблему в технологии микроклонального размножения создают физиологические расстройства — стекловидность, некроз верхушек, нефункциональная корневая и надземная системы. Как правило, избежать некоторые из них возможно уже на начальном этапе, получив единичный побег на средах, содержащих небольшие концентрации регуляторов роста.
