Физиолого-генетический анализ поведения и естественных форм обучения у дрозофилы
Диссертация
У дрозофилы общее число генов, которые были идентифицированы на сегодняшний день как необходимые для процессов обучения или памяти (в основном, в парадигме обучения на запаховые раздражители при подкреплении электрошоком), равно 24 (Dubnau, Tully, 1998). При этом 7 из них проявляли дефекты тех сенсомоторных реакций, которые необходимы для успешного обучения в парадигме запах — электрошок. Более… Читать ещё >
