Диссертация
Элементы L1 или LINE-1 относятся к классу ретротранспозонов, не содержащих длинные концевые повторы (LTR), и составляют приблизительно 17% генома человека. Элементы этого класса реингегрируют в геном через РНК-посредник при участии собственной обратной транскриптазы.
