Научная новизна. Впервые изучена динамика экспрессии иммунных протеасом в селезенке и печени крысы в эмбриональном и раннем постнатальном развитии и выявлена связь этой динамики с клеточными процессами, происходящими в этих органах. Обнаружены особенности миграции Ви Т-лимфоцитов из красной пульпы в белую пульпу в развивающейся селезенке и показано, что миграция Т-лимфоцитов завершается к концу… Читать ещё >
