Миогенная дифференцировка мультипотентных мезенхимальных стромальных клеток in vitro и in vivo
Диссертация
Впервые удалось выделить колониеобразующую популяцию мезенхимальных клеток стромы тимуса, морфологически сходную с ММСК костного мозга. Отобранные клеточные популяции пренатальных селезенки и печени костного мозга, также оказались сходны с ММСК из костного мозга взрослых доноров.
