Впервые синтезированы 5'-пиренплметилфосфамидные и 5' биспиренилметилфосфодиамидные конъюгаты олиго (2'-0-метплрибонуклеотидов), содержащих «инвертированный» тимидин на З'-конце, и изучены их физико-химические свойства. а) Показано, что введение остатка (ов) пирена в большинстве случаев повышает температуру плавления соответствующих дуплексов с РНК и ДНК. б) Обнаружены характерные изменения… Читать ещё >
