Безусловно, поведенческая терапия — это длительный процесс, эффективность которого зависит, в первую очередь, от мотивации самой пациентки. Вместе с тем, по данным многих авторов, при тяжелой степени НМ эффект от ТМТД, как правило, отсутствует. Кроме того, около трети пациенток с НМ являются резистентными к консервативной терапии.
