Известно, что существуют четкие показания к интубации и началу проведения искусственной вентиляции легких, однако ведение детей в период «отучения» от ИВЛ и определение момента экстубации основывается в значительной степени на субъективном опыте и предпочтениях клинициста, а также внутренних протоколах отделений.
