В то же время показано, что вакцина живая чумная на основе штамма EV линии НИИЭГ способна обеспечивать защиту животных как от штаммов «дикого» типа (ИИ для белых мышей «3,3×104, для морских свинок «1,4×105), так и от их бескапсульных вариантов (ИИ для белых мышей ^2,6×102, для морских свинок «1,2×106).
