Значение циркулирующих антигенов кишечных бактерий в развитии холестатического синдрома у больных острыми вирусными гепатитами
Диссертация
Впервые отмечена связь выявленных ультразвуковых изменений в стенке желчного пузыря и околопузырной клетчатки с присутствием антигенов возбудителей кишечной инфекции у больных ОВГ. При УЗ исследовании у больных с циркуляцией АГ кишечных бактерий наиболее часто выявлялись изменения эхоструктуры стеки желчного пузыря и околопузырной клечатки, преимущественно воспалительного характера… Читать ещё >
