Зондовая микроскопия биомакромолекул: нуклеиновых кислот, белков и их комплексов

В данной работе представлены результаты исследований с помощью атомно-силовой микроскопии (АСМ) двух наиболее важных классов природных биомакромолекул, белков и нуклеиновых кислот, а также комплексов и структур на их основе. Более точно, объектами изучения являлись одноклеточные цианобактерии Synechocystis sp. РСС 6803 и их пили — белковые отростки, с помощью которых они осуществляют движение… Читать ещё >
