При алкогольном циррозе печени у гетерозигот АДГ2−½ по сравнению с гомозиготами АДГ2−1/1 более низкий уровень сывороточного альбумина, выше число лейкоцитов. При смешанном циррозе печени у гетерозигот АДГ2−½ по сравнению с гомозиготами АДГ2−1/1 цирроз печени развивается раньше, однако, тяжесть поражения печени в виде снижения ее белково-синтетической функции больше у гомозигот АДГ2−1/1… Читать ещё >
