Диссертация
Теоретические и экспериментальные исследования показали, что профиль фазовой задержки ЛОУ для пучка света с однородным и гауссовым распределением интенсивности близок к параболическому. С ростом фокусного расстояния величина среднеквадратичного отклонения от идеального параболического фронта уменьшается, при этом для гауссова пучка она составляет меньшую величину, чем для однородного.
