Диссертация
Многочисленные исследования показывают, что наличие внутреннего беспорядка в неупорядоченных твердотельных средах приводит к существенному отличию их внутренней динамики от динамики кристаллов. Так, например, было обнаружено принципиальное различие температурной зависимости теплоемкости и теплопроводности для аморфных сред и хорошо упорядоченных кристаллов при температурах ниже 1−2К.
