В целом, наша работа подтвердила необходимость проведения комплексного анализа генетической предрасположенности к ИИ. Нами было показано, что все рассматриваемые нами гены, кодирующие компоненты систем гемостаза, липидного метаболизма и РААС, за исключением FGA, вовлечены в формирование восприимчивости к ИИ и/или АГ, предшествующей развитию ИИ и, возможно, являющейся его промежуточным фенотипом… Читать ещё >
