Диссертация
Механизм активации PR-10 генов связан с включением сигнальных систем этилена, жасмоновой и салициловой кислот (Chang and Raskin, 1992; oTDonnellet al., 1996; Broderick et al., 1997; Rakwal et al., 2001). В наших экспериментах метиловый эфир жасмоновой кислоты статистически достоверно индуцировал активность и количество РНКаз в культивируемых клетках женьшеня.
