Полученные нами данные указывают на то, что активация экспрессии hNOS в условиях дегидратации может иметь важное значение не только для регуляции процессов синтеза и выведения ВП нейронами СОЯ и ПВЯ, но и оказывать проапотозное действие на клетки обоих ядер по каспаза-9- и р53-зависимым путям.
