В конце прошлого века в США, Канаде, отдельных странах Западной Европы удалось достичь значительного снижения заболеваемости ССЗ как среди мужчин, так и среди женщин, за счет отказа от вредных привычек, снижения массы тела, пропаганды физических нагрузок и, самое главное — нормализации рациона питания.
