Кислородзависимая и нитроксидзависимая ферментные системы макрофагов при стафилококковой и листериозной инфекциях

При использовании метода электронно-цитохимической микроскопии, нами выявлена положительная реакция КФ в макрофагах, взаимодействующих с S. aureus и L. monocytogenes, которая проявлялась в виде КФ-позитивных гранул, расположенных диффузно в цитоплазме. Наряду с этим реакция на кислую фосфатазу в зараженных клетках слабо отличалось от таковой в интактных макрофагах (контроль). Это совпадало… Читать ещё >
