Роль полиаминов в адаптации Escherichia coli к различным видам стресса
Диссертация
Основной мишенью для связывания полиаминов в клетке является ДНК нуклеоида (Kashiwagi et al, 1986). Исходя из физико-химических свойств полиаминов можно предположить участие этих поликатионов в регуляции топологии ДНК, которая с одной стороны служит сенсором, воспринимающим сигналы внешней среды, с другой — контролирует генную экспрессию (Wang et al, 1992).
