Изменения конформации у-цистатионазы при отщеплении ПЛФ, обнаруживаемые методом КД, менее компактная четвертичная структура апофермента, различная устойчивость холои апоформ, а также восстановленных На-боргидридом холоформ к воздействию 6 М мочевины — все эти данные говорят в пользу того, что ПЛФ играет определенную роль в поддержании четвертичной структуры и необходим для создания биологически… Читать ещё >
