Влияние корневых экзометаболитов на синтез физиологически активных веществ ризобактериями
Диссертация
Нами установлено, что количество ауксина (индолил-3-уксусной кислоты), синтезируемого почвенными микроорганизмами, связано с наличием метаболического предшественника данного фитогормона Ь-триптофана. Как видно из полученных результатов, снижение концентрации триптофана в среде вызывает резкое уменьшение уровня биосинтеза ИУК, вызванное снижением эффективности трансформации Ь-триптофана в ИУК… Читать ещё >
