Цель данной работы заключалась в исследовании влияния аминокислотных замен на структуру и функции белков на основе имеющихся экспериментальных данных, доступных через банки структур и последовательностей. Основным методом при этом является сравнение белков, последовательности аминокислот которых различаются на уровне отдельных остатков.
