Хроническая болезнь почек является важной медицинской и социальной проблемой современной медицины. Количество больных с терминальной хронической почечной недостаточностью увеличивается быстрыми темпами. Развитие технологий ЗПТ привело к значительному повышению качества ГД и увеличению продолжительности жизни больных с тХПН.
