Аминогликозиды в монотерапии и в комбинациях с пенициллинами при гнойной инфекции
Диссертация
При использовании метода двукратных серийных разведений (гентамицина или сизомицина) с добавлением в каждую пробирку с его разведениями фиксированной концентрации пенициллинов выраженное усиление антибактериального эффекта при сочетании этих антибиотиков в отношении клебсиелл и псевдомонад было выявлено в отношении 32−58% и 36−64% штаммов соответственно.
