Научная новизна работы: Впервые изучено иммуностимулирующее действие рекомбинантного ИЛ-ip при местном использовании для лечения осложненных воспалительных процессов и незаживающих ран у человека. Показано, что применение ИЛ-1 р усиливает защитные реакции в очаге воспаления за счет активации функций нейтрофильных гранулоцитов и индуцирует синтез провоспалительных цитокинов клетками… Читать ещё >
