Всем больным лимфома Ходжкина перед проведением химиолучевого лечения следует проводить тщательный сбор анамнеза в отношении сопутствующих заболеваний желудочно-кишечного тракта с активным выявлением жалоб, поскольку они находятся в состоянии психологического стресса.
