Биологическая характеристика бактериальных штаммов-активных продуцентов нитрилгидролизующих ферментов
Диссертация
Профиль зависимости активности большинства известных по литературе нитрилаз и нитрилгидратаз от кислотности среды достаточно сходен. Оптимум рН для них находится в пределах 6,0−8,0. Нитрилаза штамма P. fluorescens С2 проявляет активность в широком рН-диапазоне (7,0−11,0). Нитрилгидратаза и амидаза штамма R. erythropolis Pla имеют выраженный максимум ферментативной активности при рН=8,0… Читать ещё >
