В отличие от мезодермы, все дериваты соединительной ткани на базе ММСК из склеротома имеют упрощенный эмбриогенез (кость, хрящ, жировая ткань, дерма). Для эффективной репарации необходимо образование так называемых репаративных модулей из 106−108 клеток/мл, прикрепленных к матриксу-индуктору.
