У женщин в постменопаузе курс заместительной гормональной терапии приводит к нормализации апоптоза периферических лимфоцитов и снижению сывороточного содержания sFas и р53, повышению содержания Fas+ макрофагов в эндометрии и угнетению уровня экспрессии мРНК р53 в ткани эндометрия.
