Хорошо известно, что мутационные или делеционные события в резидентных генах клеток млекопитающих достаточно редки и, как правило, происходят с частотами не выше 1 на 1 ООО ООО клеточных делений, часто приводя к злокачественному перерождению клетки (Kopnin, 2000).
