Изучение структурных аномалий и точковых мутаций генов ЕХТ1 и ЕХТ2 при множественной экзостозной хондродисплазии и спорадических злокачественных новообразованиях
Диссертация
В результате проведенного исследования изучены частота и спектр мутаций генов ЕХТ у больных с МЭХД. Все выявленные в данной работе точковые мутации генов ЕХТ описаны впервые. Описаны три новых полиморфизма гена ЕХТ1, для двух из них определены частоты, как среди больных, так и контрольных индивидов.
