Диссертация
Для доставки стента в нужный сегмент коронарной артерии мы применяем следующие приемы: а) Предпочитаем проводниковые катетеры 7−8Р, которые по форме и размеру обеспечивают максимальную поддержку. б) Для доставки стента при наличии сопротивления в артерии наиболее простым способом является введение дополнительного проводника с более высокой поддержкой, который «распрямляет» изгибы артерии… Читать ещё >
