Клинико-аллергологическая характеристика и особенности синтеза цитокинов Th-и Th2-клетками при истинной и ложной пищевой аллергии
Диссертация
Установлены особенности спектра этиологически значимых пищевых аллергенов при ИПА, ЛПА и ПН. Установлено снижение этиологической значимости сенсибилизации к белкам коровьего молока, свойственное детям раннего возраста, и повышение роли антигенов рыбы, морепродуктов, яичного белка и растительных пищевых аллергенов в формировании ИПА у взрослых.
