Комплексное лечение оптической нейропатии у больных нестабилизорованной открытоугольной глаукомой
Диссертация
Препарат фенотропил обладает нейропротекторной эффективностью у больных нестабилизированной глаукомой с нормализованным внутриглазным давлением. При приеме препарата по 100 мг 1 раз в день в течение 1 месяца достигается стабилизация процесса в 75% случаев, что на 30,6% превосходит эффект плацебо.
