Диссертация
Р-субъединица калиевых каналов MiRPl (Mink-related peptide) может быть использована для модификации электрофизиологических свойств биологического пейсмекеров. В исследованиях типа «вся клетка» MiRPl увеличивает плотность тока в HCN2 и HCN4, кинетику активации всех HCN изоформ, экспрессию мембранных белков HCN2 и HCN4, а типа «один канал» дифференцированно действует на вероятность нахождения… Читать ещё >
