Остается добавить, что используя гистохимический метод Фалька-Хилларпа, мы были лишены возможности исследования содержания серотонина в головном мозгу сусликов, поскольку это потребовало бы предварительной фармакологической обработки животного, что, в свою очередь, нарушило бы ход естественных процессов в мозгу, связанных с наступлением спячки.
