Большие времена дифференцировки (от 17 до 25 часов) были получены для различных модификаций культуральной среды ДМЕМ (№ 3, № 4, № 5, № 6) и среды Лейбовитца (№ 7). Для полноценных культуральных сред времена гибели дифференцированных клеток и времена дифференцировки находились в обратно пропорциональном отношении.
