Клинико-генетические факторы предрасположенности к артериальной гипертензии и поражению органов-мишеней
Диссертация
Среди генетических факторов наиболее изученными являются гены системы РААС — ренина, ангиотензин-превращающего фермента, ангиотен-зиногена, рецепторов к ангиотензину 2, альдостерона и альдостерон-синтазы. Полиморфизмы данных генов изучались и в экспериментальных работах, и в клинических исследованиях, выборки составляли до нескольких сотен пациентов.
